Firm Profile
Collins & Company is a family owned and managed accounting firm. The practice was established in 1975 by Mike Collins Sr. who operated as a sole proprietor until the practice was incorporated in 1982. In 1991, the name was changed to Collins & Company, P.C. when his sons Mike Jr. and Brian became shareholders. Mike Sr. retired in 2008 after 40 years in public accounting. Today the firm has four full-time Team Members and provides tax and accounting services for over 1,000 businesses and individuals in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.
